About
The Qwips technical app is used so that you can easily get an overview of and complete your assignments – the job.
The job is submitted by your employer or customer. When this is done you can see what jobs you have, the status of these and you can add articles, time, itinerary, comments etc. What you register in the app is displayed in your employer’s system. Some of the information is also available to the customer.
When a job is completed, the customer acknowledges the job is done and the job will sent in for approval.
Installation
Install the app on Apple App Store og Google Play Store. Search for “Qwips Techician.”
Onboarding
When you first open the app you will be presented with three slides which will give a introduction.
Log in
To log in to the app you will use your work email and password of your Smartservice user.
Forgot password will reset your password.
